Wholesale Accounts Only: IKON HVAC Supply Inc. operates exclusively as a wholesale HVAC distributor. Accounts are available only to licensed HVAC contractors, sheet metal contractors, mechanical contractors, builders, and developers. We reserve the right to refuse service or decline any application at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

Account Verification: All applications are subject to review and verification. You may be required to provide proof of business registration, trade licence, or other documentation before an account is activated. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate application rejection or account termination.

Credit Terms: Credit accounts (Net 15 / Net 30) are available to qualified contractors subject to credit approval. Credit limits and payment terms are determined at IKON's sole discretion. Overdue balances are subject to interest charges of 2% per month (24% per annum) on the outstanding balance. IKON reserves the right to suspend or revoke credit privileges for non-payment or breach of terms.

Late Payments & Collections: In the event of non-payment, IKON HVAC Supply Inc. reserves the right to pursue collection through legal means. The account holder agrees to be responsible for all collection costs, legal fees, and court costs incurred in recovering outstanding balances.

Custom Fabrication Orders: All custom fabrication orders placed under this account are final sale and non-refundable once production has commenced. The contractor assumes full responsibility for submitted specifications and measurements.

Privacy & Data Use: Information submitted in this application will be used solely for account setup, credit review, and order processing. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
