Customer Responsibility for Specifications: All fabrication is performed strictly based on the drawings, dimensions, and specifications provided by the customer. IKON HVAC Supply Inc. is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in customer-submitted drawings or specifications. The customer assumes full responsibility for verifying all measurements and design details prior to submission.

Custom Orders Are Final Sale: All custom fabrication orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has commenced. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on custom-fabricated items. Requests for changes must be submitted in writing before production begins.

Production Timelines: Standard turnaround is approximately 5 business days. Rush and same-day options are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. All production timeline estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. IKON HVAC Supply Inc. shall not be liable for delays caused by material availability, volume, or circumstances beyond our control.

Installation Responsibility: Installation of all fabricated products is the sole responsibility of the contractor. IKON HVAC Supply Inc. is not liable for improper installation, misuse, or failure to comply with applicable local building codes, standards, or regulations.

Limitation of Liability: IKON HVAC Supply Inc.'s liability is limited to the value of the fabricated order. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of fabricated products.
